missing emails

Yesterday my wife noticed emails were deleted from her account (not by her) and she can't locate them.  She didn't change any settings or do anything else to her email account. They are missing from her account on the computer, Ipad and Iphone. Can these be restored?

Thanks

@twheale Thank you so much for reaching out to us through our awesome peer to peer chat. I hate to hear this has been your experience. If the emails were deleted in any way, you may be able to recover them by following this process: https://comca.st/3iaFkUd;

I would like to take a deeper look into the issue as well. Please send us a PM with your first and last name, as well as house numbers to your service address. To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.

Hi, I tried the link you provided and got a message saying "page not found". My wife is still missing the emails and I haven't heard anything further.

Thanks

Hi there @twheale!  Thanks so much for following up with us.  We are glad to take a closer look at this for you.  Can you please shoot us a private message so that we can get started?  Please provide us with your full name, complete service address and account number in the message so that we can fully access your account to see why this is happening.  Thanks!

"https://comca.st/3iaFkUd;" is not clickable, and even if it was, it wouldn't work as it expands to "https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email.&nbsp?linkId=124301601". That isn't valid because of the inserted ".&nbsp" characters.

I believe you were trying for https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email.
