missing emails

Hello, I also lost all email and all of my subfolders! I contacted Comcast immediately and after talking with many reps and techs I was told my information was given to the email server people (sorry I can't remember what exactly was said) and they would attempt to recover and was told NOT to call back, that if I didn't receive a recover folder, then ALL of my emails and folders are just gone. HOW is that possible? In literally a blink my entire email account was wiped out, absolutely nothing anywhere! Apparently Comcast doesn't do any back ups of the email servers ever?? This happened 2 weeks ago. I've been very upset and distraught over the whole thing.

@user_d12519 Sorry about that! Sometimes refreshing the page can get the icon to show. Please make sure you're fully signed into the username associated with the account as well.

Hi, I did figure it out shortly after sending the last post and I did send a live chat to you. Im not sure what I should be looking for from you.

 I’ve pretty much given up hope of ever getting my emails and files back but if there’s anything you can do to find them would be wonderful.
