missing emails

Hi,  I had hundreds of emails in my Comcast inbox and on Saturday they disappeared. I was in Outlook, imap account. Nothing else was impacted. They have tried to restore but my emails are not showing up. How do i get the right person to assist - I've spoken to several people with agreements to call me for follow up - never occurs. Yes, I"m frustrated with Comcast although most importantly i'm looking for a solution.  Thanks

Hi @avecmoo, I am sorry to hear about your email troubles. I can understand how frustrating it is to lose emails. Personally, I use email for everything and have very important documents stored. Well it's been a week and Comcast has noted they are unable to retrieve.  Suggesting they would have been best recovered in initial 24-48 hours. I contacted Comcaste within an hour. I"m now missing hundreds of emails wihtout any solution. Is there a better service that safely backs up emails should this occur - thought is server down possible

I was asked to reply - i did not received an answer to my solution. I consider them unfortunately missing/lost/disappeared.
