Missing emails from specific sender
For some reason, I have not received any emails from the domain "kohls.com". Since the online order with Kohl's that was placed 3 days ago, I should have received at least the 4 following emails:
- An email for the order itself.
- An email indicating part of the order was ready for pickup.
- An email sent by Kohl's customer service when I indicated I hadn't received the previous email.
- An email indicating the order was picked up
I am receiving emails from everyone else I am aware of, plus a few emails that have gone into my Spam folder. I generally use a 3rd party email client, but I have been checking emails with xfinity's web browser the past couple of days. No emails to speak of from Kohl's. None from them in the spam folder.
Is it possible that Comcast's email service is filtering out those emails without sending them to my Spam folder?
