Missing emails from specific sender

For some reason, I have not received any emails from the domain "kohls.com". Since the online order with Kohl's that was placed 3 days ago, I should have received at least the 4 following emails:

  • An email for the order itself.
  • An email indicating part of the order was ready for pickup.
  • An email sent by Kohl's customer service when I indicated I hadn't received the previous email.
  • An email indicating the order was picked up

I am receiving emails from everyone else I am aware of, plus a few emails that have gone into my Spam folder.  I generally use a 3rd party email client, but I have been checking emails with xfinity's web browser the past couple of days. No emails to speak of from Kohl's. None from them in the spam folder.

Is it possible that Comcast's email service is filtering out those emails without sending them to my Spam folder?

Thanks for double-checking on those. It could even been that they switched domains for sales or something too. The CSA team would be able to check the network if you wanted to contact them. I can also do some troubleshooting and submit a ticket to them if you can send a direct message to us.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

A direct message has been sent. I copied and pasted my initial post into the message field (losing the bulleted list). Hopefully, that will work.

Thank you for your help.

The Direct message sent to Xfinity Support appears to have resolved our issue. A refresh was performed, probably a basic first step, but emails have been arriving from Kohl's once again, including one this morning.

Hey @MichaelCA, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. It is possible that it is being blocked, have you ever received an email in the past from them? Our Customer Security Assurance team handles blocking email servers and could probably check to see if it is being blocked on our end. Their website here, has their contact information to check with them.

Yes, I have received numerous emails from Kohl's in the past.  My local email folder for online orders indicates that I have 138 saved emails from them since 2016. I suspect there were many more that I deleted directly from Comcast's email servers, say for Kohl's sales emails.  But it has been nearly a year since I last ordered online with Kohl's, so I can't say for certain when I stopped receiving emails from their domain.
