Missing Email from Inbox and All Folders

I'm missing emails for an entire month from 10/19/2023 thru 11/19/2023 in my Inbox, Sent Items and across All Folders.

Hi there @user_3cgusi ! Typically, we find that email comes up missing because it was downloaded to a different mail client, like Outlook or the iPhone mail app. Where do you normally check your mail?

I typically login to Xfinity thru 2 different mediums. My cell phone mail app and laptop using xfinity.com and they both stay sync'd together. Both devices were showing the missing emails for a month in the Inbox, Sent Items and all my different Folders. On Monday the emails mysteriously showed back up and available to see on both mediums. So I have no idea how or why they came back.

@user_3cgusi, Thank you for adding those details and for checking on both platforms for the emails. When did you first notice the emails went missing? By chance, have you checked your "Trash" folder?

The emails went missing on Nov 19 and were for a month Oct 19-Nov 19. Yes I checked everywhere and none of them were to be found. They were missing from the Inbox, Sent Items and all my Folders. Then several days later they just showed back up Inbox, Sent Items and all my Folders. I didn't make any email setting changes the missing emails just showed back up on both devices. I have no answers why.
