You say you are missing items on your Apple iPhone. Are you currently using the native Mail app on your device? Could you please visit our Xfinity Email web portal to see if you are able to receive emails okay?
Do you also have our Xfinity App on your mobile device? Do you experience any issues logging in to the application or get prompted to change and/or update your Xfinity ID password? Please let us know at your next available convenience.
