Microsoft office

I work for Xfinity Mobile and I need access to microsoft office for my sharepoint and excel spreadsheet.

When I try to access office.com via my VPN, I get a DNS timeout. All other websites work fine.

Same here.  No access to office.com or microsoftonline.com when connected by Xfinity.  Same for 3 different persons on 3 different devices.

To make things weirder outlook.office.com works just fine.

Other threads about this problem suggest using a vpn until Xfinity and/or Microsoft resolve the issue.  I tested a plug-in for Firefox called Browsec and it was quick and simple and works.  And free for the most basic features.

After installing Norton for Google Chrome, my Microsoft Office became unresponsive.  Coincidence?  Maybe.  Any ideas? (I'm using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010.)

@l.maack Never mind.  I removed the Norton extension, and Office seems to be working fine.  Another coincidence?  Maybe.
