Yep. And yet, two years later, on a newer phone running much later versions of Android and Chrome, "Filter Rules" is still missing unless I switch the browser to "Desktop" mode.
What device and what browser are you using?

Good morning @user_zat34u, and thanks for posting your question to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your email and adding a filter, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Are you trying to add that filter for the email on the Xfinity website?

If you are using a phone or tablet, "Filter Rules" may not be visible unless you switch the browser to "Desktop site" mode, see the image posted in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/filter-rules-option/625d7d37ee0ef23e526259d7?commentId=6266e72e36b3dc41e2a6c117 for an example using Chrome on an Android phone. Unless the device screen is very large, you are likely to find filters difficult to use in "Desktop site" mode.
