Lost emails

All of my emails older than 6-10-25 have been deleted by Xfinity.  A customer service representative told me on the phone yesterday that she requested them to be reinstated, that I was to wait two hours, sign back in and they would be reinstated.  It has been over 24 hours and the emails still do not appear.  I need some of those emails for legal purposes.  Can anyone assist?  Thank you.

I access my email exclusively through the Xfinity website.

Thanks for clarifying, go ahead and send us direct message  with your name & address .

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Is there any timeframe for a resolution?  I sent Xfinity Support a message as you suggested and haven't received any response.
