Lost emails
All of my emails older than 6-10-25 have been deleted by Xfinity. A customer service representative told me on the phone yesterday that she requested them to be reinstated, that I was to wait two hours, sign back in and they would be reinstated. It has been over 24 hours and the emails still do not appear. I need some of those emails for legal purposes. Can anyone assist? Thank you.

I have same issue as above. Email message prior to 8/26/25 are no longer showing. I did not delete, and have not changed settings. I've tried three different browsers (Safari, MS Edge, Firefox) they are not there. I have cleared cache, cookies etc Please advise solution as many of the messages lost are important business communication. Thank you!
