Lost emails

I only have emails from today and may 10th and before. I am missing all emails from may 10th to November 23rd. They are missing from all apps including xfinity. How do I get them back?

I just checked the auto forward and it was set to auto forward to (Personal information removed).   I don't know this account so I am concerned someone hacked my account

I received a notification this morning to verify someone signing in with another device so I immediately changed my password
