Hi user_le6n5p, I check my emails daily, and search bars definitely make things quicker. I'm limited in the support I can provide for 3rd party email clients. Have you already reached out to Microsoft for help with the search bar location?
@user_im4wwv you really should ask Microsoft that question.

We’d be happy to help! While we’re a bit limited when it comes to third-party email clients like Outlook Express, we can certainly do our best to guide you toward getting things set up the way you need. If you're looking to make Outlook easier to access, one option is to pin it to your taskbar or Start menu so it's always just a click away. You can also try searching for it in your Windows search bar, and if it’s not showing up, a quick restart or checking your indexing settings might help.
If you’re running into a specific issue or need help with something more specific, just let us know, and we’ll see what we can do to assist!

Outlook Express hasn't been supported by Microsoft for 15+ years. Do you really mean Outlook.com----the webmail service?
Also, how are you accessing the email? With only the webmail interface and a browser? Are you using a cell phone, or a desktop or laptop computer? Something else? Here in this forum we can't see whatever it is you are looking at.
Can you give us a little more information? Where are you looking for it? Are you talking about the search bar on the discovery hub webpage or something else?
