Login Loop (and eventual timeout)

Hi! I'm trying to access my old comcast email so I can recover an account on another service and have future access for anything else. I found a few posts online and support posts here already, so I've tried the suggested fixes: multiple browsers, multiple ways to access the email, and clearing the cache/history. I saw that it was a backend issue in another post, can you check if that's the case here? I think it has to do with me not accessing the email in a while, so it might've locked up or disabled.

I had the same issue a few weeks back. I found that logging into the Xfinity MyAccount page first and then while still logged in I use a new browser tab to go to the email page and that has ensured I am already logged in and ready to use my email. I have continued to use this method as an option to avoid the "loop".
