legit emails go directly to spam

ALL emails from Delta Airlines started going directly to spam on 6/25.  When marked as 'not spam' they bounce right back to spam and never get to the inbox. I created multiple filters to try to get them to the inbox, but none of them work.  I also added Delta to the address book but they are still going directly to spam.  So I am not getting notifications of flight delays, gate changes, etc.    Is Delta email address [Edited: "Personal Information"] somehow on Comcast's blocked list?  Any advice is appreciated, TIA.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues-------------

@Latoque Thank you. I did call them and was on the phone for almost an hour. The representative said she checked a box for 'safe email' in settings.  I didn't think that was the issue and it wasn't because the emails are still going straight to spam. And on top of that, now all emails from T-Mobile are doing the same thing.  I keep marking them as 'not spam' but they just bounce right back to the spam folder.   I then DM'd another rep who basically said to just keep marking them as 'not spam' and eventually the system will learn to put them in the inbox!   Very frustrating, wish they could be more helpful.
