Last month of emails are missing
I noticed a few days ago that my emails after around 15 Sep 2023 have gone missing. It's also affected emails that I had moved to subfolders. It looks like emails received after around 14 Oct 2023 are viewable.
I see this in my Outlook app on my phone as well as the Xfinity website, so I don't believe it's a cache issue.
Can you please let me know if this is a known issue and how I can get my missing emails back?

Hanger, did they ever get recovered? I'm in the same boat today after finding a month's worth of emails just gone this morning. Xfinity says they are doing a "refresh" but don't know if that will get them back. :(
