You give us very little information to be able to help you.

  • How are you accessing your email? via webmail or a third party email app?
  • Are you getting any error messages.  If so, what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail?  If so, you login here:  https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
