Is Comcast's email website down?

I have not been able to access - to not even load any email files, etc., let alone read or send emails since about Noon EDT.  Is there an issue with Comcast's website?  Technical support is simply not available.  The poor Comcast rep I did reach said she'd never seen a queue as long as the one to reach the "right" person/

I have this problem, too.  I did reach a service rep who said the problem would be fixed "in an hour".  I called at about 4:40 P  CDT.  She said she would text me back at 5:45 CDT to see if I had it loading.

@user_4df1b7 Thanks for letting us know. This was a known issue that has since been resolved. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

My email is loading slowly, and I'm getting the error message "The certificate for domain 'imap-east.ge.xfinity.com' is untrusted." I do seem to be receiving emails, but when I tried to test sending an email I couldn't even get the message page to load. I see this kind of problem has happened before, as a search brought up a few chats here.

I'm getting a weird error message with certain emails. "ERROR! The certificate for domain 'imap east ge.xfinity is untrusted" and message won't load.  Also, two of my accounts are totally down.  Says it's an SSL issue.

No email since 2 pm in Silver Spring, Maryland.  When I called at 4 pm, I was told it would be on in an hour.  It's now 9 pm.

I am getting the same Error message 'The certificate for domain 'imap-east.ge.xfinity.com' is untrusted.

Next error message 502 bad gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.

Email won't load since 7:00 pm EDT. I get the dancing balls and it times out.  Tells me to "try again". Still nothing after multiple tries. I unplugged and rebooted my router and computer. Still nothing.  I did a speed test and the download speed was much lower than I usually get. I think the problem is with the Comcast server.  Palmer, Massachusetts.
