Inbox emails disappeared

In the last 16 hours, 3 of our family members have lost all the emails in their inbox's. All 3 obviously have important emails but one of them is in the middle of college applications. How do we get them back? They were not accidently deleted nor filed in a folder...... can anyone please advise? Thank you

Hi @user_7hayve Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. I would recommend checking devices like phones, tablets, email clients that might be downloading email and then deleting it off the server. Please let us know if you are still not able to locate the emails after check all devices that are connected to those email addresses.

we have had all 3 of my kid's accounts for over 10 years and they have been in the same iPhone configuration the entire time with no issues. They all had been saving emails in their Inbox and within a single day all 3 inbox's were empty. They only access their emails via their iPhone (IMAP) and rarely ever log into the comcast email client (browser). My wifes account which is accesses via comcast browser client, iPhone and MacBook have had zero issues

We will be happy to take a deeper look into the account. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
