I'm not getting ANY new emails but I can send emails just fine. How can I fix this?

I have reset my modem. I have deleted numerous emails to get my storage down and still nothing. Help

Hello @user_x5wxno. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. Are you accessing your email through a third party app like the mail app or outlook?

No I wasn't accessing via a third party app or outlook. I was trying to access it via the Internet and it didn't work. I ended up going to an Xfinity store and then they referred me to Xfinity security to get it taken care of. I'm up and working now. Thank you!
