I want an address removed from blocked list

I want the address of my utility co removed from blocked senders... I never receive their bills, they are not in the spam folder, I added the address to my webmail address book. I use the webmail client only.

Could you share the domain of the utility company?  We'll take a look

Thank you for sharing the information here!
We've included a link here where you can follow the steps to check email addresses that have been blocked, and also, remove them if you'd like!
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list
Please feel free to check it out, and let us know if you were able to remove your Utility Company from that list if you find it there!

@XfinityChelseaA I know how to use that but it doesn't help me because why would I block mail I want to view to get one message that I don't know if or/when is sent? I wish there was a way for the user to actually see the blocked list.

@XfinityAlex Hi Alex, I wish the user could manage their blocked list. Thank you. It's sort of like your phone co., you don't know when the service is down until one makes a call and finds out it's broke.... I didn't know they were blocked until they sent me a snail mail. I have also had this problem with other blocked address'. I could make a list if you like?

My apologies, I worded that a bit wrong. So what you'll want to do is make sure that the safe list feature is NOT enabled. If it is, and there is an email address added on there, you will visibly be able to see it, but in turn having this feature enabled will make it so that all other emails are filtered out and not delivered.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums, @user_35013c. Just to make sure I am understanding, although you do have the utility company email address saved in the Xfinity.com webmail, you do not have the email address itself blocked, correct?
