I need access to a former work email that was under my account a couple of years ago.

The account was in my name with 2 other user emails.  I need to access at least one of those emails in order to get a reset code for QuickBooks.
When I try to log in, I get a message that I need to reset my password.  As I go through the prompted steps, it tells me I need to connect to the home wifi in order to reset the password.  The account is not in my name anymore, but I was able to access that wifi, but it still will not let me access any emails other than my personal one.  Any suggestions or help is much appreciated!

We can take a look to see what we may be able to do to help, but if the account is not in your name anymore, then authentication may be an issue. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
