I can send e-mails but I can't receive e-mail using Windows 7 & Microsoft Outlook 2007

On January 26, 2021 I noticed that I wasn't receiving e-mails that I had sent to myself from my i-phone.  We have a building project and I've been taking photos and sending them to my main e-mail account so I can download them to a folder on my desktop.  I presumed it was just a temporary thing so I logged in to my Comcast Account and tried to look at my e-mail on my xfinity account and couldn't view my e-mail on my account either.  While in my account and click on th envelope to view my e-mail I get a window  of "This site can't be reached" connect.xfinity.com took to long to respond.  When I open my MS Outlook e-mail client  I get a reported error of (0x8004210A) which is s timed out error waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.  I've been on Comcast Customer Support 4 times and also visited the Comcast Office in Bloomington and nobody can help me ?  Please can someone help me ?  I'm really missing my e-mail during these trying times......

Hi, @69_GTO. I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to access your emails. I do the same thing and email myself stuff when I need it for later. Can you please send me a Private Message including your first and last name as it appears on the account? To send me a Private Message, please click my name “ComcastRayana” and click “Send a message."

Comcast Rayana.......to provide you with an update......I resume you still have our trascript from our past troubleshooting ?   I ordered a Wireless USB Adapter for my desktop since it doesn't have wireless capability and received it a couple days ago and I installed it and I can now receive my e-mails and have access to my xfinity e-mail account and Voice phone calls.  I haven't tried to bypass the Router and run the eithernet port directly to my cable modem, so I might eliminate the possibility of the Router being my problem, but I would think if it was the Router it would effect all of my Wireless connections  too.   Whatever the case, I now can receive my e-mail and get into my e-mail and voice features on my xfinity account.
