I am not receiving emails from password resets and company automated messages

I am not receiving emails from password resets and company automated messages.  From at least 3 different companies. I see this question posted but no resolutions.

Hey there @cpriday thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issue of receiving emails. We definitely want to make sure you can receive those important emails. What method are you using in order to access your email? Also, have you checked all the folders in your email to make sure they are not being sent to a junk folder or spam folder?

I access my email through my inbox on my iPhone or my Mac laptop. I have also checked directly on the web based Comcast email.. nothing in my junk files. This seems to happen when I try to do a password reset through a couple of different companies I never get the password reset or any email interaction from them.

I appreciate those details. Do you have any rules or filters set up on your email account? Here is a link with some details on where to check on rules or filters, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience.

There are no filters and override is checked so  spam is not filtered.

Thank you so much for checking that @cpriday, and we'd be happy to look further into your email issues. To take a closer look, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
