Husband has problem accessing his comcast email in his mailbox in iPhone and ipad

The comcast email is available in the computer in the mailbox BUT he cannot get it in his mail on his phone or iPad. I have looked at the mailbox app and it says comcast etc, so that looks right. I have cleared his history.

Apple says it is an comcast problem. The problem started in 2024.
