Problem with iPhone and Comcast
Hi my husband can access Comcast with his computer but not his phone. Apples says problem with the internet provider
what should he do
the phone keeps saying something about password but he’s tried all that

To ensure I'm on the same page, if you don't mind me asking: Is the access concern related to our website, logging into an account, accessing an app, or email?
Some basic troubleshooting that can be attempted on mobile devices for access issues:
- Clear cache/history on the device
- Check to see if the phone needs to have an update performed
- If using an App, make sure it's on the most recent update or uninstalling and reinstalling the app

The comcast email is available in the computer in the mailbox BUT he cannot get it in his mail on his phone or iPad. I have looked at the mailbox app and it says comcast etc, so that looks right. I have cleared his history.
