https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net redirects to a support article instead of my existing email address

I cannot access my existing email inbox because https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net redirects to this support article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information.

https://connect.xfinity.com/ has the same link (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net), so I still end up at the support article.

The account menu has a "Check Email" menu item that is also the same link (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net), so I still end up at the support article.

I have cleared cache, restarted the browser, tried different browsers, and tried different devices.  I always in up at the support article.  Without access to this email, I am locked out of my other accounts including medical accounts.

Hi there @user_99v8qq. Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your concerns about Xfinity email link. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to get to your email. I did try to access my email by visiting https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ and it did work. May I have you try to access your email with my link.
