https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net redirects to a support article instead of my existing email address

I cannot access my existing email inbox because https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net redirects to this support article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information.

https://connect.xfinity.com/ has the same link (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net), so I still end up at the support article.

The account menu has a "Check Email" menu item that is also the same link (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net), so I still end up at the support article.

I have cleared cache, restarted the browser, tried different browsers, and tried different devices.  I always in up at the support article.  Without access to this email, I am locked out of my other accounts including medical accounts.

I did try to access my email by visiting https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ and it did work. May I have you try to access your email with my link.

@Again - https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite has a link to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net, which redirects me to the support article.

@XfinityRoberto - clicking your link redirects me to the support article.  Can you please ensure my email account is still active?

I do not know the last time I actually logged in but my comcast.net email is used for my accounts including my medical account.

The email status page says "Your Comcast email is also your username".  Does that mean my email is active?

In the meantime, I have tried accessing my inbox with both POP and IMAP on my iPad, and both say my password is incorrect even though it is not.
