How to Restore Inbox emails deleted

I was working through a sync issue with Outlook 2016 and through that effort all my inbox emails were deleted.  They were not moved to the Trash folder through a normal delete action.  Is it possible to have all emails that are older than 10/7 restored to my inbox?  There should be less than 50.  An end of day restore from 10.7 or 10.8 would be perfect.

@user_807b0c, You should be able to recover your emails by doing the following:

  1. Sign into Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
  3. Select Recover Deleted Items.
  4. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
  5. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.
  6. You will have 30 days to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable.
  7. You can select multiple messages by clicking the first email in your list, holding Shift and then clicking the last email in your list.

@XfinityAngie thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately the missing emails were not in the trash or in the 'Recover Deleted Items' section.  I did not make that clear in my initial support request.  Ultimately I needed to have a restore done to recover the missing items.  Working with 'support' this recovery process put in a restore folder which had well over 1,000 items that went through my inbox over the last month as well as the older saved items.  The only negative aspect of the restore process is that it was not limited to what my end of day inbox looked like on the 7th.  It was tedious to go through, but ultimately I did get what I needed.
