How Do I Get into My Email [Edited]

Why can I NOT get my email on comcast.net????????????? Have you gotten rid of it??? And if so HOW DO I GET INTO MY EMAIL ????????? PLEASE<PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Hi minime4, thank you for checking out our Forum and for creating this post. I'm always in my email and checking my inbox, so I can imagine where you're coming from. Do you access your Xfinity email through a 3rd part email client or directly on the Xfinity site? If you haven't logged into your Xfinity email in the last 12-months, you may have lost access.

I use my email fairly often so WHY do I get the run around when I try to get in????? This WHOLE#system [Edited: "Language"]!!!!!!!

You posted your original question 3 months ago.  While you somewhat answered @XfinityMarcos  questions you left out pertinent information.  He mentioned needing to log in to webmail at least once every 12 months, but we really recommend every 90 days to keep your account active.  So, if you have been using a third party email app like Outlook, Apple/Mac Mail, Thunderbird, etc, you aren't actually logging in to your email; all you're doing is "fetching" it to the app you are using.

So, you need to give us some information to go on in order to help you access your email.  For webmail you need to go here:

I cannot get into my XSfinity Comcast emails, like many other people cannot.  Why don't you provide a valid answer for us?  We are customers and we pay for this service.   Criminal!
