Home WiFi

I recently discovered I cannot send email from my Comcast account from my iPhone on our home WiFi.  No issues on other WiFi or from cellular.  All family members on our home WiFi have the same issue.  We can receive emails no problem.  Any ideas what’s going on?

Yes- all devices are updates to the latest IOS.

This is a recent problem that started about 5 days ago.  We restarted our Xfinity router and tried to remove and install the email account.

Thanks for letting me know that, on that same device have you attempted to send an email via the browser? If not can you give it a try and let us know if you are able to get an email through?

No problems sending email via web browser from home WiFi

Also- no issues sending email from other 3rd party services (gmail).
