Historical e-mails will not show
Both my internet email and desktop email app will only show emails from the past 3 weeks. I can't search for historical emails. How do I fix this?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Community Support forums. We greatly appreciate it. With the missing e-mails, have you reviewed the other folders such as Trash or if the e-mail filters routed to a customer folder?
