help with smtp issues - outgoing email will not send

my email is [Edited: Personal Information]

I have had it for about 20 years -- in the last few months I have had intermittent issues with emails getting stuck in the out box

I've changed my password

It works on my phone of course but not via safari or outlook 

the error message is: resomta-a2p-646964.sys.comcast.net resomta-a2p-646964.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available

I have tried to validate the account numerous times

Please free up my account so that it will send emails
