Having Trouble Accessing Comcast Email [Edited]

Why am I having so MUCH trouble accessing my comcast.et email?  All of my payments are on "auto pay" SO YOU get your money - But I don't get good service?  Seems a little lopsided..don't you think?

Your comcast.net email is migrating to Yahoo! Mail.  Are you using a third party email app?  Have you tried logging in to webmail to see if your emails are there?  With the transition you need to log in to webmail to make sure you see verified emails from Xfinity so that you don't miss the notice to migrate.

Here is information regarding the transition to Yahoo! Mail:

And, from the Yahoo! page:

Hi there @user_uwthf6!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can to ensure you are having the best experience with your service.  No worries!  You have reached out to the best team to help get things ironed out for you.  So that we can get started, please feel to shoot us a private message with your details so that we can get started.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Having the same trouble!!!  My accounts are auto paid too....so they don't care because they get paid without doing anything about the problems!!!  Think it's time to return to AT&T!

That is your prerogative, however, if you're in a contract you may be subject to early termination fees.
