Having issue sending email using Charter Spectrum account.

I have been trying since last April to send email from my Charter.net account.  I can send via my cell phone, which is not ideal.  I have seen a few articles stating that the error I am getting is because of a DNS configuration issue with my IP address.  I have confirmed that it is not my antivirus, and I have turned off my VPN when trying to send.  Apparently @XfinityAlex solved this problem before and it appears that a PTR record may be missing.  Can someone assist me with this issue?

@user_eq2829 Thanks for adding a post to the forum. Have you tried to disable Advanced Security to see if you can send emails? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-xfinity-xfi-advanced-security

If the problem is that your Charter IP does not have a PTR record, I believe that's something that Charter would have to fix. I don't think Comcast/Xfinity can add PTR records to IP addresses assigned to another ISP.
