Google Group Emails going to Junk/Spam Even with Rule Written

I belong to a group that communicates via google groups and for some of us the emails sent to our Comcast accounts are always put in the Junk folder. I've written a rule and it still happens. This has been going on for months, perhaps over a year. Any ideas why?

Mailing lists and subscriptions can be problematic in any email system.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues and spam----------------------- Comcast Customer Security Assurance------------------- Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week) 1 - 888-565-4329

Your own filter won't help, since incoming emails hit the spam filters before they get to any you have written.

@Latoque  Unfortunately Comcast Security was not at all helpful. I elevated the question up a level and that person was just as bad. It's like it's something that has never happened to them. I've added the email address to my address book as that seems like it would make sense. I'll keep us all posted.

You may be able to avoid the spam filters if the Group emails always have the same "From:" address. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/how-to-prevent-email-from-going-to-the-spam-folder/602dafffc5375f08cd1ec7b9.

@BruceW  Thanks for the suggestion.  I've done that, and it actually seems logical to do, and I'll keep you posted if it work.
