None of my folders transferred over when I went from Comcast email to Yahoo email.  Can I get them back?  Some folders contained items I wanted to save.

How long has it been since your transferred to Yahoo! Mail?  If it is recently give it a few days to see if they start showing up.

Just to clarify, moving from Comcast email to Yahoo shouldn't automatically remove your email folders. In many cases, the folders are still associated with the account, but there are situations where custom folders or their contents may not appear after the migration.

Can you let us know a few things?

• Are you accessing your email through the Xfinity/Yahoo webmail interface or a third-party email app like Outlook or Apple Mail?

• Were the folders custom folders that you created, or were they default folders such as Inbox, Sent, or Drafts?

• Approximately when did you first notice the folders were missing?
