Filter rules option

Hi - the "Filter rules" option has disappeared from my account -- accessing like previously (through gear - email settings - etc.), but the filter is no longer there!

@user_c44372 Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity support team. Are you going through the Xfinity website? Did you have any issues when logging in to your email address?

Logging on, as always, through xfinity to access email.

The "Filter rules" option is missing under "Settings".  Everything else is as previously.

Getting lots of Spam (although most is directed into Spam folder)

"Filter Rules" does not appear on my Android phone when I view the Email Settings page with the standard browser settings, but mobile devices might be able to access these at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/settings&folder=virtual/settings/io.ox/mailfilter if your browser has a "Desktop site" mode. Google Chrome's option looks like this:

but unless the screen is very large you are likely to find the Filter Rules page difficult to use in this mode.

Same problem.  Webmail does not have any options to set filters under the “email settings” tab.

As noted above by @BruceW , if you are using a smartphone or a small tablet, the mobile version of the email software from Comcast will not have all the bells and whistles of the full desktop version.  If your browser has a setting for the desktop version, by all means use it, but the font will be really small, and you'll  need to enlarge it to work in the filters.  I use Vivaldi on an Android phone, and the  situation is the same for me.
