Error message "Virtual/All" mail folder

When trying to search my comcast email, I get the following error message: "Mail folder "Virtual/All" could not be found on mail server imap-west.ge.xfinity.com."

This pops up when I am trying to type anything in the email search bar.

Thank you all for your feedback, it looks like most customer's reporting the issue are now seeing a resolution by clearing their browser cache and cookies. Please let us know if  this does not work for you, you continue to experience this issue, or need additional assistance. Thanks.

Similar issue related the "east." Please resolve it Comcast.

@user_ex0w13 Can you tell us more about your email issue. How are you accessing your emails? Does this issue happen when you're using the Xfinity site? What mail client are you seeing this error with?  I have a link with some error codes that we typically see with our mail clients and some fixes if you could take a look https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-errors.

hahaha...you're funny.  "let me raise your rate and give you less customer service'.  :(  I'm on with chat now and they have no idea what i'm talking about'.  And then when i told them that i found some forums stating the same problem, she needed details on the sites that i found the information on.  hahahahaha
