Greetings @user_kd5svr, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. You mentioned that all the messages in your inbox are showing as unread. After you click on a message in the inbox, does it change to read?

Yes. When I open a message it will as read and I go will down and “select all “ messages to read.

The next morning all messages in the inbox will show as unread. 
i have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Only happens on my ipad.

Thank you for the information @user_kd5svr. When you say that you deleted and reinstalled, do you mean the mail app, or did you remove the account from the settings on the iPad and add it back?

Removed the Comcast account in settings and then reinstalled

There may be a sync issue between the Mail app on your iPad and the email server. Have you checked if there are any new software updates for your iPad?

I updated to ios 18.7.3 two days ago.
