End of my wits. Xfinity has no idea why I’m not getting emails from certain places.
For at least the last year, I haven’t been receiving important emails from major companies and organizations including my pharmacy, my utility companies, etc. I have no blocked emails, an empty spam folder. Because of multi factor authentication, I can no longer access my own electric company account to even change email addresses with them. And when I ask Xfinity, they say my inbox is too full and some emails will get through while others won’t, so fine, I deleted thousands of emails and I’m no longer anywhere near full, but I’m still not getting my emails. My pharmacy has started telling people not to use Comcast email address because they aren’t getting through to any of their customers. What is going on?

Hi there, @Highwaymiles I’m really sorry you’ve been dealing with this — that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially since it’s affecting important accounts and communications. It’s understandable to feel concerned when messages from your pharmacy and utility companies aren’t getting through. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still having trouble with your emails?-Richard

Do yourself a favor, and get a gmail account. It is free, and you will not have the lunacy of dealing with comcasts' draconian email system and policies.

There has been no resolution. The back and forth with an agent took so long I had to go to bed. I brought my email storage down to 60% and I still don’t get my important emails.

I have the same issue. I don't get emails from Chick Fil A, Krispy Kreme, Moe's Southwest Grill, and who knows what else. I miss out on promos, coupons, offers, etc. It's been 5-6 years or longer. Please fix this Comcast! My son uses Yahoo and gets them all. Comcast is blocking them. They aren't even making it to my spam folder. And by the way, Comcast is a super failure at recognizing spam, because I get probably 30 spam emails every single day, about half of them spamming Xfinity itself. Comcast needs to do better. Seriously better.

Just wanted to add that I have had the same issues for several years now with no assistance at all from Comcast/Xfinity support other than to check the SPAM folder. I had to give up my reverb dot com account because I could never get the MFA codes. I have several others that I just can't get into anymore. I am hoping this move to Yahoo will resolve it, but I have not been notified that my account is moving as of yet. Best of luck in getting it resolved.
