Emails sent from COMCAST/XFINITY account going to spam/junk
Good afternoon. My wife and I have been trying to send a group email out via BCC to our community. The emails are not being delivered properly and in some cases sent to SPAM/JUNK folders. I tested this by forwarding the original email to two separate distribution lists (broke the original list into two) and copied our second personal account. On the second account, one email came through normally, the second went to my spam/junk. Same email, forwarded twice and received as normal and spam/junk. Is there a setting within our account that needs to be changed to address this issue?
