Emails randomly deleted

All my emails from 1/5/24 till today were removed. I did not delete. I refreshed my emails and they were gone. Anyone got a solution?

All,

This morning’s issue affecting customers’ ability to send/receive their Xfinity email has been addressed. You should now be able to use your service as you would normally, including seeing any missing emails. If you continue to experience these issues, please let us know.

Hello @user_hmzty7 Thanks for letting us know this has happened. I know how important emails are.  Can you please try the steps in this link for us https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email. This link is from our help and support site. Please let us know if this helps.

Does not work.  Emails has just disappeared.  Nothing to restore as trash is empty.

@user_1d0f01 - are these deleted from your Comcast email or from a third-party email server like Outlook, Google, or Apple Mail?

My emails returned but I cannot delete an email or open Trash folder. I've cleared cookies and cache. Not sure what to do since I can't delete anything, even in the Trash folder.

@user_ba5dd8 I'm glad to hear that your Emails returned. Let's work on the issue with deleting Emails. How are you accessing your account when you're unable to delete items?

I have a lot of folders.  On about March 20, 2024, I noticed that the contents of some of my folders were disappearing.  The folders are still there and any email that I have sorted into those folders since are still there.  I clicked around on some folders that I had not ventured into for a while and I could see the emails and then within just a few seconds they would just delete before my very eyes.  I think I could probably demonstrate that again to a technician, if they would go into my computer with me, because I still have many folders that I have not viewed yet.  I could really use those emails.  I normally have to archive about every 2 years, because of excessive space on Comcast Server, but now it's been about 2 years since I have archived, and I still have over 50% of my space, which is not normal for me.  I had a Chat tech go in and do what he called a Synchronization, which my system does every day, and it had no effect on these folders at all.  I need a higher level (rocket scientist) of support to solve this issue if it is solvable.
