emails from my email address list end up in spam folders.

A week or so ago, addresses from known senders that are in my address list began going directly to my spam folder. How can I stop that?

I am having the same issue.  I have added address to Address Book and created a Filter Rule for one of the known addresses that is going to SPAM - still goes to SPAM.  Now my daily GLOBE e-mail which I have received for years is going to SPAM.  Sitting on Xfinity Customer Service with dead air for 30 mins now while trying to find answers on-line!

Good morning @user_867427, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums today, I hope this message finds you well. As someone that uses email for work and also in my personal life, I can understand the frustration of emails that are not spam going to the spam folder, but you have come to the right place for assistance. When you check your email and the messages are in the spam folder, is that on a third party app, such as Outlook, or on the Xfinity connect website?
