Emails from miami

I cannot receive emails sent from a hotel in Miami. How can I check to see if there’s a problem on their end. I can send and receive emails on my end. A need a copy of the bill.

Hey @mmonastero, thank you for reaching out on our forums about your email issue. Do you know if the Hotel is receiving an error when trying to send it to you? For a copy of the bill, you can get it easily from the My Account website https://comca.st/35yMHiq.

The customer wasn't referring to a bill from Comcast, but a bill from the hotel in Miami.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues----------------------- Comcast Customer Security Assurance------------------- Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week) 1 - 888-565-4329

There might be a problem with the hotel's sending domain.
