Emails Disappeared

This morning, all of my emails between 3/19/23 and today, 4/17/23, disappeared from my inbox, sent mail, trash, and other folders. This has occurred across all my devices, including in Xfinity's online email client. I am still able to receive new emails, but everything from that period of time is simply gone, not moved to any other folder, through no fault of my own. My email account usage is at 46% as well, so they wouldn't have been cleared due to space constraints. I have changed my account password for security, but would like these emails to be recovered.

In this previous instance, the issue was resolved, and I'm hoping the same can be done for me as well. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, @user_bb051c! Thank you for bringing your shared email concerns to the community for support. I'm sorry to hear about these missing messages and would love to help however I can! I do see a recommendation in that other post to sign out, clear your cache and cookies, then attempt to log back in to the web portal and see if that resolves it. However, you mentioned the issue happening across all your devices (our portal as well as third party mail clients, from the sound of it). May I ask what troubleshooting you've attempted so far?
