emails being blocked

I am not getting my login code for my strava account.  It's coming from no-reply@strava.com. I put the address on the safe list

I created another strava account with a gmail address and I get those codes fine.

Thanks,

Mike

... I put the address on the safe list ...

If you are referring to the Email Safe list in https://connect.xfinity.com, you may not want to do that. Enabling that means you will ONLY get email from the sender addresses in that list. All others will be rejected.

@user_8ac8e8 Thanks for testing that out for us.

Are you able to send outgoing emails from that email address?

How are you accessing your emails?

Hello @user_8ac8e8 and thanks for clarifying.  A couple of things to check would be your Spam and Trash folders in the app.  If for some reason no-reply@strava.com has been reported as spam, the client may be pushing the message directly to one of these folders.

You may also want to Add no-reply@strava.com to your Xfinity Address Book. This signals to Comcast that the sender is safe as well as Look in your Xfinity settings to ensure you haven't accidentally set up an email rule that targets Strava.

I've checked Spam and Trash and added them to the address book.

If you still having issues receiving the codes from that email you may need to open a ticket with our Security Assurance team under the postmaster option at https://spa.xfinity.com/
