Emails being blocked

I am not getting my email messages anymore from Amazon, Twitch, CatfishBicycle and who know who else.  Please look into this ASAP.  Seeing as we can't get a hold of any live support people anymore unless we restart a modem which is a joke!

Yes, I checked my spam folder and have disabled spam stopping from Comcast emails.

Are you checking your email on the Xfinity Connect website or using a third party mail client?

Same problem none of my Comcast accounts can receive emails from Victoria's Secret Bath & Body Works or pink and my main account cannot receive anything from JCPenney they said the emails are being bounced back.  I called the number and spoke with them a couple of years ago about this problem they was supposed to get back to me after they advanced to tier 2 support.  And this is on my Comcast account on a browser I have tried it through Firefox Chrome and Edge I have three different Comcast account and none of them to get email from these accounts my Gmail can

You people at Comcast need to check your spam blocker because you are blocking important emails I should be getting.
