Why is it so difficult to get into my email inbox? I never used to have any issues. I've had this account for nearly 25 years

• How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email address like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
• Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
• Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
• If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
