Try using a different browser. Or clear cache and history in the one you are already using. How are you trying to access the email? Are you using only a browser and the webmail UI? Something else? Are you getting any error message when you try to sign into the account?

I know how troublesome is can be when our email is not working and how vital it can be when trying to keep in contact with our friends, family and even business needs. Are you signing in to your account at xfinity.com?
