I can no longer SEND emails from my desktop computer. I can still receive. My phone is having NO problems sending or receiving emails
The error message I get is the following: "resomta-c2p-555955.sys.comcast.net resomta-c2p-555955.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available"
This happened overnight; last night all was well, today I cannot send

Hello, @spears404 are you able to share what email client you're using and confirm if you have a comcast.net email address set up in the program? Something else I recommend doing is signing into www.Xfinity.com or https://www.xfinity.com/email to test out your Comcast.net email address.

This usually means that one or more of your devices is repeatably trying to log in to the mail system, but is supplying an incorrect ID or password. Eventually the system will lock you out for a period of time. Comcast/Xfinity's Comcast Security Assurance group at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us) may or may not be willing and able to help you figure out which is the offending device.
If not, you'll have to locate the troublemaker yourself. https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/possible-solution-for-unable-to-connect-to-email-from-apple-maybe-other-devices-after-changing-comcast-password/65a1a8fbf961c6163a367c6f describes one approach.
