@XfinityJanelle​ Been to that page and many others.  At best, the instructions are incomplete and seem to be a hard push to IMAP....  And the real problem is, after wasting numerous hours going through  "Help" pages and finding the answer is non existent, there is no way to contact a live person. Yes, I'm trying to resolve a problem with an older version of Outlook. And YES, I am frustrated beyond words with the total lack of support on the part of Comcast / Xfinity.  And Yes, I have a great distaste for any company that hides behind the brick wall of web pages. Tell [Edited: "Personal Information"] his leadership is seriously lacking. Time for him to retire and let someone take over who has an interest in providing an honest service to the customers.

Thanks for listening / reading but unless you have a phone number to the NOC (Network Operating Center) or someone who actually understands the system, that is about all you can do.

Also note that the client must support TLS 1.2 or higher. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tls.
