@XfinityJanelle Been to that page and many others. At best, the instructions are incomplete and seem to be a hard push to IMAP.... And the real problem is, after wasting numerous hours going through "Help" pages and finding the answer is non existent, there is no way to contact a live person. Yes, I'm trying to resolve a problem with an older version of Outlook. And YES, I am frustrated beyond words with the total lack of support on the part of Comcast / Xfinity. And Yes, I have a great distaste for any company that hides behind the brick wall of web pages. Tell [Edited: "Personal Information"] his leadership is seriously lacking. Time for him to retire and let someone take over who has an interest in providing an honest service to the customers.
Thanks for listening / reading but unless you have a phone number to the NOC (Network Operating Center) or someone who actually understands the system, that is about all you can do.
